Patent Application Draft

$2,500

Once you are onboarded, you work with a registered patent practitioner to prepare your patent application. A key part of this is a virtual invention disclosure call with a registered patent attorney or patent agent that you will meet.  Once we prepare the patent application, you file it.

What Happens after You Receive your Patent Application

Once you review and approve the draft, file your patent application. We provide step-by-step instructions on how to file your patent application with the US Patent & Trademark Office. You will receive various correspondences from the Patent Office involving your patent application including a filing receipt. It can typically take over 1-2 years before the Patent Office examines and substantively responds to your Patent application. By then, you hire your law firm of choice to manage the prosecution of your patent application. If you need any strategic advice on how to build your patent portfolio, we have a network of law firms that specialize with patent portfolio development and strategy that go beyond drafting patent applications.  At Havani IP, we focus only on drafting your patent application so you can secure your IP rights as soon as possible.
